PLAIN YARN is a Lancaster County Original. Occasionally a fleece and yarn so special come along they deserve to be sold as a sweater quantity. We are offering an opportunity to purchase ten skeins spun from the fleece of a sheep organically raised on an Amish farm in Lancaster County. ‘Aaron’ is a chocolate brown Romney ram, and this yarn is incredible. 

Specs: each skein is approximately 106 grams/210 yards. We have 13 skeins, this lot is for 10 skeins at a special price. Additional skeins are $42./each. Call the shop if you are interested in additional skeins when purchasing the lot. 

PLAIN YARN is locally produced organic Romney wool yarn in a two-ply worsted weight.  This rustic, natural yarn has a small amount of vegetable matter present in some skeins. We recommend removing it as you encounter it for a better experience wearing your hand knits.
