FREE Workshop: Lace Knitting with a Chart

Project:  ‘Ashton Shawlette’ by Dee O’Keefe

Have you wanted to knit a triangular shawl from charts but found it challenging? The ‘Ashton Shawlette’ pattern was conceived as a way to teach knitters how to use and love lace charts. Ashton’s size can easily be customized up to a full-sized shawl (with additional yarn needed).

Skill Level:  Advanced Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced
Skills Required:   Knitting, purling, some experience increasing & decreasing
Pattern:  Please download and print or have your digital copy of the free pattern HERE

Yarn Required:  100-200 +/- grams Fingering Weight Yarn (shown in Lumen)
Tools Required:  US #5 32-40” circular needle, markers, darning/tapestry needles, row counter

Your yarn will need to be wound before the Workshop on September 13.

Yarn for Classes and Free Workshops at Lancaster Yarn Shop must be purchased at LYS. You may use your own needles and tools, though of course you may purchase any or all of the tools required for this project at LYS.
