This workshop is suitable for Absolute Beginner Knitters. Absolute Beginners are Future Knitters who have not yet put ‘yarn’ to ‘needle,’ have neither ‘knit’ nor ‘purled,’ and don’t know the difference between ‘casting on’ and ‘casting off.’ Also, perhaps, Former Knitters who may have forgotten it all (you know who you are!). We’ll help you choose your materials and tools, and teach you to cast on, knit, and bind off. Your purchase of yarn saves your spot!
Your yarn purchase from Lancaster Yarn Shop reserves your place in FREE Workshops. When ordering online, choose ‘pickup’ as your shipping option, and we will hold your yarn until the day of the workshop. You may purchase your needles on the day of the workshop.
Purchase of a pattern is also required for this workshop. Purchase, download and print your own copy of the pattern HERE. You may purchase any or all of the tools required for this project at LYS, but if you already have them you may bring your own needles and tools. Class size is limited. Pre-register by purchasing your yarn in the shop or online. As always, all sales are final.
