FREE Workshop: First Time Lace Knitting--'Frond Lace'

P1230188.JPG

Project:  ‘Frond Lace’ by Wendy Ellis

Designed to take advantage of the tonal color changes in hand dyed yarns, this alternating lace pattern creates a peculiar puckered fabric that can be blocked flat (as shown). One or two skeins make a scarf or shawl sized rectangle. The lace pattern is a simple two row repeat--easy to memorize, easy to see. Block with points or block the ends straight.’
