Learn to  knit with cotton.  How is cotton different than wool? What qualities does cotton yarn have and how can that change your projects?  Enjoy a brief, illustrated lecture about cotton while casting on for a simple sampler that can be a dishcloth, bib, or summery scarf.

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced
Skills Required:   Knitting, purling.
Pattern Requirements:  US #7 needles, stitch markers. Please bring a variety of needles as your gauge may vary.  Needles available for purchase.
Materials:  1-2 skeins Pima 100 cotton yarn
